•Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
•Cancellation: Deposit is fully refundable 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made less
than 60 days, there is no refund unless property can be rerented again.
•All weekly summer rentals are Friday to Friday. Check-in: 4:00 pm. Check-out: 10 am
•No pets allowed on property.
•No smoking allowed in house.
